CRW Brief of Taxiway and Badges

We provide equipment as need as well as ramp vehicles for your ease. We understand that accidents happen, but depending on the nature of the damage, the unit will be liable for the cost of repairs to our borrowed equipment.

Company or Personal Vehicles are welcome on our ramp with the following:

  • Speed Limit is 15mph
  •  Never approach a running aircraft and keep your distance from all aircraft. 
  • Keep an eye our for others on the ramp including foot traffic.
If we find that the rules are broken, the privilege to drive on the ramp will be revoked you will only be able to walk.

Walking on the Ramp and Closed Taxiway

  • We close off a portion of Taxiway Charlie for you to use. You are welcome to walk on the taxiway but cannot go further than intersection B4 as it is an active taxiway.
  • We can radio access to cross, however you CANNOT walk across the active taxiway without prior approval. Walking across the active taxiway will result in us having to report you to the FAA which can lead to fines, please do NOT walk the active taxiway.

Multiple violations can lead to walking privileges being revoked and our team at CJC will have to drive you to and from your aircraft.

Badges and use of Vehicle Gates

  • When you sign out a badge or a key, you agree to the following:
    • If you use your badge on a door and the alarm goes off, you'll call the ARCC number on your badge to report the alarm.
    • You are able to badge vehicles on and off our ramp. You MUST stay until the gate completely closes. You nor anyone in your unit will walk through the vehicle gate. We have gates that allow foot traffic to enter the ramp. If the gate does not close properly, or someone walks through the gate, you must call the ARCC number on your badge and report it.
    • Make sure all doors are secure before leaving the facility.
  • All badges must be returned to Sam at the end of the training event. If at any time you lose your badge, call Sam!

If these rules are broken, the badge may be removed.

If these rules are broken, your privileges could be revoked and we will have to taxi you to and from your aircraft. If you walk across the active taxiway, you will be reported to the FAA and may have to pay fines.
